Please check our recommendations for your first videocall before you start:<br>
* You should request your videocall in advance so that we make sure
the lady knows about it. Our interpreter will call both of you at the
appointed time. You and the lady will be able to see and hear each
other and to hear the interpreter.

* A videochat operator might offer you to try a test videocall before your actual videocall with the lady,in which you can see and hear yourself just to check if your camera,microphone and flash player are working.

* The price is 2.5 credits per minute and the minimum time of call is
10 minutes. If you talk less than 10 minutes the system will still
charge 25 credits.
